Dealer Information
Dealer Requirements
All Damascus dealers must have retail storefronts or equivalent (catalog, online store, etc.) to purchase directly from the factory. All other businesses will be required to purchase from an Authorized Damascus Wholesale Distributor and will be subject to their ordering requirements and prices.
Opening Orders, Terms, & Payment
- Opening order is only $750. No minimum re-order.
- Opening order for International customers is $1000.
- Standard terms are 2% 10, Net 30. Terms are subject to approved credit.
- Finance Charge of 11/2% per month may be charged on invoices not paid within terms.
- Customers with outstanding balances over 60 days may be placed on C.O.D. company check.
- Prices and terms are subject to change without notice.
- For the convenience of our customers we also accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS for payment of invoices.
- All prices quoted and payments received are to be in United States Dollars ($).
Shipping
Original orders of $500 or more will be expedited via UPS 3 Day Service (at UPS Ground Rates) upon customer request. Applicable in the Continental USA only. International orders will be shipped via UPS International Service or another comparable air service at applicable rates, unless other arrangements are made by the customer.
Backorders
Backorders are always shipped to domestic customers at no charge for freight. Backorders will be held until the order can be filled and shipped, unless cancelled by the customer.
Warranty
All Damascus products backed with a confidence guarantee and carry a LIFETIME NO HASSLES GUARANTEE against true defects in workmanship or materials. Guarantee does not apply to misused items or normal wear and tear.
Returns
Returns should be handled through the dealer/company of purchase where possible. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval and RA number. Customers should call 800-451-4167. A 15% restocking charge may be applied to all returns not due to factory error. Absolutely no cash refunds are made.
